Mohamed Ali Al-Ghouj officially assumed duties as health minister in Libya after a cabinet decision by the Government of National Unity led by Abdulhamid Dbeibeh. The handover took place at the Health Ministry in Tripoli. Ghouj previously served as the ministry’s acting undersecretary. After taking office, he met senior officials to review progress on the ministry’s 100-day plan aimed at improving healthcare services and strengthening medical institutions across Libya.
