Alison’s mission is to empower the world for free, through free knowledge & learning, upskilling, self-awareness, recruitment, free group learning and now, by launching our global news service.
If you do not have access to a free reliable trusted news source, you are dis-empowered in today’s world.
Working with teams of enthusiastic researchers across continents, Alison will identify weekly the top stories that you should know about. Our goal is to report the facts, and we employ not journalists (at least for now) but researchers who with the help of AI and modern tech methodologies, we figure out what are the biggest stories out there, by audience, popularity and many other measures.
We are launching our free global news service initially across Africa. You can choose weekly updates across Politics and Business to begin with, but in the weeks ahead, we hope to make news summaries on Culture & Arts, Science and Tech, and Sport available as our news service grows in scale.
All articles posted will have a minimum of three referenced linked articles and while AI is being used to collate and automate collection of the top news stories, every story is checked by one of our very human non-AI researchers who are based across 15 African countries.
