Speaking in Marsabit County, he told KEMSA to send supplies directly to facilities to prevent shortages. Ruto said the agency has sufficient funding and urged Kenyans to register with the Social Health Authority for primary care. He also highlighted ongoing efforts to streamline national ID issuance and support county development.
