Mafabi Urges Peace, Promises Reforms

Nathan Nandala Mafabi intensified his Forum for Democratic Change campaign in Bukedea and Kumi, where heavy police deployment marked his rallies. He warned against using state machinery in elections, pledged to fight poverty and corruption, and urged supporters to protect his votes peacefully. Mafabi also promised to revive the Teso Cooperative Union and strengthen key cash crops to boost the Teso sub-region’s economy as he sought broader support.
