Somalia’s Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre announced a cabinet reshuffle, appointing new ministers to key government positions. Ambassador Jamaal Mohamed Hassan was named Minister of Commerce and Industry, while Senator Ayub Ismail Yusuf was appointed Minister of Public Works and Reconstruction.
