Wina Emphasizes Inclusive Leadership

Former Vice-President Inonge Wina warned that the commercialization of politics, candidate selection methods, and patriarchy in Zambia risk excluding women from political participation. Speaking on NGOCC’s podcast, she said appointing one female Vice-President is not enough to change decision-making structures. Wina urged youths to push for a female president and advised NGOCC to avoid partisan politics while promoting peace education and supporting inclusive leadership development for women and youth.
