Ozoka Drives Women Investment in Uganda

Nigerian entrepreneur Dr. Odera Ozoka is promoting pan-African investment in Uganda by attracting international investors and directing financing to women-owned businesses. Appointed by Uganda’s ruling NRM, Ozoka is working with Gender Minister Betty Amongi in Northern Uganda to link entrepreneurs to programs backed by the National Social Security Fund and the World Bank. His efforts strengthen Nigeria–East Africa economic ties and expand seed funding, grants, and loans for women-led enterprises.
