Kenya Public Service Cabinet Secretary Geoffrey Ruku dismissed renewed corruption claims at the National Youth Service, saying they relate to historical cases and do not reflect current operations. Speaking in Kiambu County, he said reforms and audits strengthened accountability and halted fictitious claims. Ruku also urged Mt. Kenya leaders and residents to reject political division, affirming support for President William Ruto’s leadership and continued unity ahead of the 2027 elections.
