Tanzania Launches e-Utatuzi

The Tanzanian government launched e-Utatuzi, a digital platform to streamline labour dispute resolution. Developed by the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA) in partnership with the e-Government Authority, the system includes five modules covering user registration, dispute filing, key services, minor cases, and guidance. Integrated with NIDA, RITA, the Ministry for Work Permits, and the High Court, e-Utatuzi aims to reduce delays, cut costs, improve transparency, and enhance efficiency.
