An exhibition on African culinary diversity was inaugurated in Algiers to mark World Africa Day, bringing together around 20 exhibitors from several African countries. The event was held at the Moufdi-Zakaria Palace of Culture and included officials from Algeria’s foreign affairs and culture sectors. Visitors were offered traditional dishes from Algeria and other African countries, with organisers presenting the exhibition as a cultural event focused on culinary heritage.
