Econet Wireless Zimbabwe plans to delist from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, citing persistent undervaluation relative to regional telecom peers. The company will restructure by spinning off its passive infrastructure into Econet Infrastructure Company Limited, to be listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange.
