Emirates Marks 25 Years in Uganda

Emirates marks 25 years of connecting Uganda to the world, having transported 2.8 million passengers on over 15,900 flights since 2000. The airline expanded direct flights to Entebbe in 2007 and now operates a Boeing 777-300ER with three classes, including First Class. Emirates partners with the Uganda Tourism Board to promote the country’s attractions and reported a 16% passenger increase in 2025. The milestone was celebrated with a special flight featuring a modernized four-class aircraft.
