Exim Backs Women’s Leadership Training

Exim Bank Tanzania, through its Women Empowerment Program under Exim Cares, partnered with Mind Matters to sponsor Mindful Leadership training for over 150 women leaders. The program, delivered in three phases, focuses on emotional intelligence, resilience, and leadership skills. It supports Exim’s goal to empower 600,000 women by 2028 and aligns with Tanzania’s Vision 2050.
