JKUAT, Samsung Partner on Tech Hub

Samsung Electronics East Africa and JKUAT launched the Samsung Innovation Campus to train students in artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and big data technologies. The program, based at JKUAT’s JHUB Africa innovation hub, will train 80 learners each year and includes a faculty upskilling component. Samsung said the initiative will strengthen Kenya’s digital skills pipeline and support tech entrepreneurship. The program also requires that half of all beneficiaries be women to address gender gaps.
