Kenya Power Digitizes Connection System
Kenya Power has fully digitized its new-connection application system, shifting all requests to an online platform designed to automate workflows, cut processing times and improve data transparency. The utility said the upgrade supports its wider digital-transformation programme and enhances cybersecurity by reducing fraud linked to impersonation. Business Development teams have been deployed to support user adoption. The firm processes more than 269,000 applications annually and aims to build a faster, technology-driven customer-service model.
