New WOZA Opposition Alliance Forms

Former UKA chairperson Sakwiba Sikota has launched the We Are One Zambia Alliance (WOZA), bringing together five opposition parties to challenge government policy and rising living costs. The coalition pledges price controls, subsidies, stronger social protection, and anti-corruption reforms. It also promises support for agriculture, improved public services, and a pragmatic strategy to end load shedding. WOZA leaders urged citizens to back the alliance as a new platform for inclusive governance.
