Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre presented Somalia’s National Transformation Framework (2025–2030) at the 5th Aswan Forum in Egypt, highlighting progress in governance, debt relief, and lifting the UN arms embargo. The plan centers on six pillars: infrastructure, economic growth, social services, food security, clean energy, and transparent governance. Barre credited Egypt for its support in Somalia’s peace and reconstruction.
