South Sudan Joins Transport Corridor
South Sudan, Djibouti, Uganda and Ethiopia signed a technical agreement to establish a Regional Transport Corridor Authority, following a ministerial meeting held October 21–22 in Djibouti. The corridor aims to link the four nations through roads, railways and ports, facilitating connectivity to global markets, boosting trade, and fostering socio‑economic growth in the Horn and East Africa.
