The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) expanded support for Somalia through education and social development projects. Initiatives included opening a Turkish language classroom in an orphanage, establishing a laboratory at Mogadishu University, and funding the Mustaqbal Center for Children with Special Needs.
