The list includes Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti, conservation advocate Truphena Muthoni, and TVET specialist Peninah Ngina. Timely Kenya said the eight-month study assessed measurable impact, leadership, resilience, and relevance across governance, civil society, education, and creative sectors.
